Bicycle Café is looking for a friendly and reliable Bike Concierge to join our team on Saturdays.
This role is a great entry point for someone interested in the bike industry, retail, or community-focused work. You will spend the day helping customers, supporting our sales and service teams, and keeping the shop running smoothly during one of our busiest days of the week.

Bike Concierge (Saturday Role)
Location: London Bicycle Café
Hours: Saturdays (4-6 hour shift) plus holiday coverage as needed
Start Date: April at earliest
Wage: $21 per hour

Role Overview
The Bike Concierge is an entry level, customer facing role designed to support both our bike sales and service teams. The goal is simple. Help customers feel welcome and keep the shop organized and ready for a busy day.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help create a welcoming shop environment
- Support the Bike Sales team during appointments and walk in traffic
- Learn about our accessories and recommend products to customers
- Restock and maintain accessory displays as items sell
- Retrieve and return bicycles from storage for sales and test rides
- Assist with test ride setup and general shop logistics
- Process ecommerce orders including picking, packing, and shipping
- Answer the shop phone when needed
- Support offsite events such as marketing booths and community events
- Help maintain general cleanliness including garbage and recycling
Qualifications
- Friendly and confident communicator who enjoys engaging with customers
- Comfortable starting conversations and helping a wide range of people
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to safely lift and move bicycles
- Comfortable learning about multiple bike brands and product lines
- Reliable and punctual
- Interest in cycling and urban mobility is a strong asset
- Retail or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Attitude and reliability matter most.
