Best Times to Gather
To keep things smooth for both your group and our cafe guests, we recommend these rallying times:
- Mornings: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM for a fresh start to the day.
- Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM when things are a little quieter and more relaxed.
- Evenings: Grab a post-ride coffee or snack before we close at 9:30 PM.
- Weekends: this is typically our busiest times at the cafe however we also have our largest staff contingency at this time.

What Works Best in the Space
- Inside, groups of up to 8 people fit well without taking over the cafe.
- Outside, we have an extensive patio and a seating occupancy of 65.
- Please be mindful of customer flow—especially when getting ready to ride out or cool down after a run.
- If you’re planning a larger event or club ride, reach out to us in advance so we can help make it work!
Enjoying the Cafe While You Meet
- A post-ride or post-run treat is a must—grab a coffee, snack, or cold drink to refuel.
- Outside food and drinks aren’t permitted, but we’ve got plenty of delicious options for you!

- We keep things relaxed and friendly, with background music at a comfortable 65 dB (because some of us are still catching our breath after that last hill).
