Ride to Thrive is Recruiting New Cycling Instructors

Want to help more kids ride bikes?

The Ride to Thrive program is getting ready for another season of building confidence, teaching skills, and helping young riders feel safe and capable on two wheels. And right now, they are looking for new instructors to join the team.

If you love active transportation, enjoy working with youth, and want to make a real difference in our community, this is an amazing way to get involved.

Become a Certified Cycling Instructor

Ride to Thrive is hosting an upcoming CAN-BIKE 4 Instructor Training session in April. This training prepares new instructors to help deliver cycling education and support safe riding skills for kids and families.

Training Dates (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day):
Sunday, April 19
Saturday, April 25
Sunday, April 26

Why It Matters

Ride to Thrive helps kids build the confidence to ride safely and independently, and that impact goes way beyond the bike path.

More kids riding bikes means:

  • safer streets
  • healthier families
  • more independence for youth
  • a stronger culture of active transportation in London

Help Spread the Word

Even if you are not able to become an instructor yourself, you can still help by sharing this opportunity with someone who might be a great fit.

London needs more leaders who can help kids ride smart, ride safe, and ride to thrive.
